Pretty poor service, I'm not surprised no one was there. Walked in to a empty venue, after been greeted at the door we was given 1 menu between two of us and said just sit where ever. not a good start. Once we sat down I decided to get my own menu as we wasn't given two. Poor... Waiting for table service, which never came, I saw a lady doing some sweeping. After trying to get her attention quite loudly, I found out she had AirPods in. Not good. Once she decided to not ignore us anymore she told us to go to the counter to order which we was never told at the begging. We had to shout through a thick plastic barrier. We're not in COVID any more, no need for a sound proof barrier anymore. And once we had ordered, they forgot our water. Won't be going back. Not surprised it was empty. Food was alright but overshadowed by the poor customer experience. Staff training needed.
wouldn't even give a one star. Now I can clearly understand the negative reviews. The order was for a Millionaires Waffle for my Son via delivery. This isn't the order at all. If I wanted cookie dough then it would say cookie dough on the delivery. Creams your customer service is disgraceful not to mention delivering the wrong order also higher drivers that actually know the area would help. You spoiled my Sons first experience. The ice cream was the lower standard of a cheap tub for a £1. Utter waste of money & just a plate of like eating a gooey mess with a bag of suger being dumped, it's why the remainder is now in the bin too disgusting. Will never oder again.
We always enjoy coming to this store. The staff are always very friendly. We had chosen a Banana and Strawberry Waffle and it was delicious. It was very well prepared, presentation was great, service was great. Always happy to come here.
Ordered but never received the item. Tried to ring the number many times, no answer at all. Re ordered and left a note asking them to ring me, which they did and they said that the number is incorrect and they need to update it so that customers can call. This has been the case for a while as I have rang before with no luck of any answer. The restaurant told me they are looking to get this updated, how can you have no number for customers to contact, they provided no compensation for the fact I had to re order which means I won't get food until an hour later. To provide good customer service you need a way for customers to contact you

After a nice evening out with friends, we were feeling dessert and to our joy saw that Creams was open. I wish they weren’t. There was no customer service. Felt like I was in a big self checkout. Came with a group of 7 and weren’t even offered menus. That should’ve been my first sign to go into the kitchen and make my own waffle. Ordered a Waffle Royale which came out quick. And then I took a bite and immediately understood why it came out so quick. I recommend eating polystyrene to fully comprehend. Tap water came out in dirty glasses, ice cream machine was broken, not a single hi or hello. Im just going to assume they were really sad about the Queen passing and couldn’t bring themselves to make actual edible food?
We visited the horror escape room down the road from creams and decided to go here after for dessert. What we didn’t realise was that this was the real horror escape room. By far the worst creams I’ve been to and now I understand why all the reviews are bad. I ordered the creams a tella waffle and it was nothing like what it usually is. The waffle was the most dry waffle I had been served and it came out quicker than a scoop of ice cream my friend was served. Quality of food is definitely the worst and I would never return
Turned up eithout booking with a crew off 22 kids U15s Football team and these 3 ladies were AMAZING! Even OFFERED us 10% off! 5STAR SERVICE 5STAR PRICING 5STAR QUALITY FOOD Would definately recommend!!!
Have to praise Ellie,Anna and Meriam for great service. They provide us food in quick succession and the food was made to a great standard. Recommend coming here
Staff were very attentive and the restaurant was clean. Staff were very accommodating for allergies. Food arrived quickly.
