Great experience from the moment we stepped foot into show room. John H. Is a fantastic person, very professional, nice dealing with him. We got a Jeep Renegade. Working fine, test drive and all done . Took the car home and few days after engine light on. Few phone calls later in a swiftly manner I was asked to bring the car back. A great experience dealing with Ebbsfleet Specialist Cars and in particular John who was very professional and knowledgeable in his approach. We saw the car advertised on Thursday afternoon and by Friday midday next day we had purchased it and was driving away.  The care and attention that goes into ensuring that every car is fully serviced, detailed washed & cleaned to a high standard and prepared for the customer was outstanding. Bought a BMW from John at Ebbsfleet yesterday and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences of buying a vehicle I have ever had. John was polite, and informative and even stayed late so I could pick my vehicle up after I finished work, the car is immaculate and I am extremely happy, would highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a new car.

Great sales service with a friendly atmosphere.   Excellent selection of cars all of which are very well presented.   About 6 weeks ago was sold a lovely car and so far with no problems whatsoever so far so good!,  which means we have not needed to test their post-sales care, but this can only be a great testament to the good quality of the car they sold us in the first place.  I feel pretty confident they would provide excellent support if any was needed.   Would recommend - definitely worth a visit.

I am over the moon with the service I have received from John at Ebbsfleet Specialist Motors! From start to finish my car buying experience was second to none! John is friendly, helpful and honest. Never have I experienced this when buying a vehicle before and will definitely recommend this place all the way. My vehicle is spotless, so clean I could cook on the engine! Sublime customer service at its best!  John kindly opened up the showroom especially for me, after hours to accommodate my schedule 8pm!!! His communication was impeccable.  I had my car less than 24 hours after test driving it and it was delivered to my doorstep with a smile - ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!  I love my new car, it is a dream and I’m so happy I went for it. We have just collected a super low mileage Fiesta that we’ve bought for our son.  It is immaculate inside and out.  However it is the service we got from John and the team at ESS.  Straightforward, helpful, efficient.  We had complete trust in them which is critical when buying a used car.  Delighted customers.

We found the car we were interested in and called to inquire. John allowed us to come and view the car before it was going off for a spruce up. John is very friendly and has time to talk to you about everything without feeling rushed or pressured. We were shown all of the relevant paperwork relating to the car's history and decided we were happy to go ahead with the purchase. We picked the car up a few days later and it was immaculate inside and out. Great attention to detail taken and no corners cut to get a quick sale. Again, John was there to complete the purchase with us and was very helpful with any questions we had. So far the car has been fantastic and we hope it remains so. Best used car buying experience of my life! John couldn't have been more helpful, from sorting out finance, tax, HPI checks, driveaway insurance, warranty and even going so far as sending someone to pick me up from the train station when I came to view the car. The car itself was prepared to an extremely high standard, spotlessly clean inside and out. Very happy with my purchase and I'd definitely recommend ESC if you're thinking of buying a car from them.

Bought my car with John in Ebbsfleet specialist cars, John was very helpful, a lot of Knowledge about the car and all its features. Before I got the car John made sure it was serviced, cleaned and detailed.  Few weeks after I ran into a problem with the car as a lot of cars do and I messaged John who asked me to come to the garage in the morning and by the afternoon the car was fixed and ready for pick up.  The service was fantastic. Customer relationship is amazing.  These guys really look out for their customer and take care of them too.  I’m glad I met John and purchased the car from him.
