i would highly recommend the service at this branch. I dealt with Leroy and he was so helpful to me when I forgot my charger on a trip to Derry from Dublin. He arranged for me to borrow one for a few days and return it to my branch in Abbey St. It really got me out of a jam as I was going to a funeral and really depend on my hearing aids. He was so helpful and polite very good customer service. I find the newer hearing aids very good and comfortable as well.
Met with Brian and he was an absolute pleasure, a real professional with sound advice, this man has a wealth of knowledge, and from start to finish I felt a valued patient. Highly recommend anyone who needs any hearing issues looked at, to visit this establishment. Definitely a level of professional 2nd to none.
I'm giving this shop 5 stars for the service. The excellent people that work here were very polite and professional with a very friendly approach nothing was a bother. Unfortunately we didn't like their product, it kept breaking down. But we were very well looked after by the staff.
Very friendly and accommodating.
