The surgery as a whole can be up and down depending on which receptionist you get and which doctor. Ive been at this surgery for as long as i can remember and have seen many doctors come and go over the years but highly highly recommend Dr Porter. She is absolutely lovely and more importantly she actually listens! She only works certain days and when she is off and j am offered a different doctor i say no i will wait until Dr Porter is next in. Shes the best Dr I've known to have worked here and always makes you feel comfortable and listened to. The 5 star rating i have given is down to her work ethnic personally and how nice she is. She is a credit to this surgery and should be so proud of herself for all she does for patients. She goes above and beyond.

Karen you where really horrible on the phone to me there now when I was trying to make an emergency appointment for my brother whose wife just passed away at the weekend I hope your really happy with yourself!
