Absolutely fantastic is all I can say. I was visiting family in the area and required some emergency work (half the exhaust fell off!). Despite being obviously very busy they managed to fit me in on the same day. The cost was very reasonable and full explained to me before they went ahead with it. The staff were courteous and approachable, clearly very knowledgeable whilst easily explaining the options I had and the cost of each. They even checked over the rest of the vehicle and made some useful (pressure free) recommendations. Letting me know the time scale that they were likely to occur in and the likely cost of the parts. I can now plan the maintenance with my local garage and have a good idea of potential cost. Never written one of these reviews and unlikely to again but overall such a fantastic service, getting me out of a really tight spot without taking advantage that wish I could use them regularly (6 hour round trip would be a bit excessive though!) .

Use this garage at your peril. As I'm new to the area I looked up this garage online and booked in an MOT. It failed due to an "imbalance" of the front brakes. Not being convinced I got a second opinion from a garage around the corner from Hi Performance. The words from the second garage was "they're being very picky, they must be desperate for business" and that they would have passed it. On return to Hi Performance the car was checked and passed. I reiterated what the other garage had said, he said "it looks like we're desperate" gesturing toward the cars in the workshop. My response was that, I'm not unique and I can only assume these other vehicle owners are being given the same fabricated distortion of the truth. We trust a garage to give us accurate information. My advice would be to take your car to a reputable garage whatever work is required. Mel.

Worst experience I ever had. could not find fault on A car if you draw them a diagram. Ended up scrapping my car after these guys finished , charged me Hundreds of pounds for the privilege . Avoid like Black Plague.
