Compared to main dealers, WMB stacks up very well. About half the price, uses official Mercedes parts and their star software so diagnostic checks are accurate and the people who service the cars seem to know their stuff. I'll definitely use again. Update - second or third visit now to WMB. Despite me arriving 21/2 hours late, there was no fuss at all. That's top customer care. Prices are still very reasonable and quality of work is spot on. Highly recommended

Good service as always. Have been using Wmb for 4 years now since purchasing the car.
Totally awesome. Polite, and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Important: They have STAR diagnosis computer system which is important to make a valid diagnosis. Highly recommended.
Far far better priced than dealer. Provided updates on progress of service/MOT will be back. Location is not so good if your travelling a bit. Costa is about 15 -20 mins walk , or arrange a lift.
Cannot recommend WMB highly enough!!! The team are 2nd to none! They managed to fit me in without a booking for a DPF issue - all sorted same day and very reasonable price too. 2nd time I have used WMB, they did my auto gearbox service too which was spot on also Service: Auto engine diagnostic
The problem I had with my CLA 220d had three local garages stumped, I took it to WMB who had the equipment to solve the problem and rectify it.
Had a thermostat replaced and the guys worked till late along with dealing with a Pita warranty company
