I have been told that my delivery would arrived in the 1st, but ParcelForce didn’t attempt it and they return it to the depot. The next day, on the 2nd, PF said that they attempted it ans they they return it to the depot. Today, the order is again out for delivery but at this time it’s obvious what will happen. I have been waiting THREE days for my order to be delivered. I understand that HP rely on Parcelforce for the delivery to happen, but it is HP responsibility to get things done on the dates they agreed to me, or find an alternative. I have suggested to HP to send a new order by an express courier tomorrow directly to my house, I haven’t had a response as yet. I’m travelling abroad this weekend and I need my new laptop, otherwise I won’t be able to work.

Nice building, clean and very smart. Hospitality was great for the Nimble user forum.

Looks like every corp office ever, I think they have at least some servers in the basement as a VPN runs through that office.

This was a fantastic building. Went here to attend PMI UK Chapter evening event sponsored and hosted by HP Enterprises. Very nice and decent building and seems to be a better working place.

HP printer keeps printing "alignment" test pages. This is not an accident. It is the thick greedy people at HP who are wasting your ink deliberately to steal your money. Please don't buy HP products. Make them pay for their deliberate theft!. Also the printer only works over WiFi 50% of the time. I have to keep plugging in the USB and changing Network to USB connection. HP have only had decades to create a fully working printer!

Fantastic office building with great facilities. Plenty of room to hold meetings with large numbers. Easy access from St Paul's or Bank station.

Great guys,  found the chat we had regarding new and upcoming technology really useful, it allows me and my company to plan ahead and know we're not going to be buying assets which are soon to be retired and we using our assets to the best of there ability

I was very impressed with the level of service I got today, my printer problem will be sorted soon, I had all the details emailed to me, very professionally handled.

I was visiting this office so I do not work there like the canteen and they have great air conditioning that's it
