I was seen by Dr Winters today. She was professional, kind and gave good health advice. She was also keen in improving my health, and made a plan of action for the next 6 months. I don't frequently visit the surgery, and I was very impressed with the level of care I had. It is a good surgery, and all the doctors I had seen in the past have been very kind and professional. The reception staff are very helpful. It is a clean and well organised surgery. I felt lucky to be living in the catchment of such a good GP practice. I am aware of the constraints in the NHS being an employee, and this surgery provides such good care for patients despite that.
Really impressed with the service from this practice. I found the new system easy to navigate and liked being able to book my own appointment via the link. The receptionists are so helpful and kind. I felt very welcome in the practice. I was very very impressed with Dr Christopher. She has a lovely bed side manner. She is very knowledgable and really listened to me. I was very happy with her plan.
This is such a great GP practice. I have two young children and whenever they have a concern they are very quick to triage them through the online form and always seem they very fast and usually on the day if I contact in the morning. They have also been very supportive of myself. The online triage system is great and far quicker than everyone calling in a race early morning as fastest finger first. The staff are committed to patients and their care. I recommend them highly
Absolutely brilliant service, I came here with my 3 year old and 1 year old son. The doctor was so patient and thorough. She made sure my boys experience was happy and enjoyable rather than frightening. She made a game out of the stethoscope and thermometer encouraging my boys to interact with her.nThe pharmacist was also very helpful and interactive with my boys. He showed them the ‘robot’ that collects people’s prescriptions and showed them the Lego characters that are positioned above the till. Every member of staff I interacted with here today were extremely pleasant and helpful. This isn’t my normal practice, but hoping to get a transfer as it was such a great experience
The pre-arranged telephone consultation with the pharmacist today was on time, professional, informative and supportive. It was not hurried, and gave plenty of opportunity for me to ask questions about my medication. I was given reassuring advice. Thank you for this support!
