Had a fabulous night at the Hesketh. It’s always a lovely atmosphere and the food was wonderful. All 4 of us had something different for each course but we all agreed that everything we had was perfect. Thank you to the chef and all the staff, it must have been a very difficult year for you so very best wishes for Christmas and 2021.
Only drank here but will return to try the food once we get back to normal as it’s a very nice pub.

Came here for a couple of Sunday roasts. The good was really nice and the service was excellent. It was a bit more expensive than a certain roast dinner chain but completely worth it!
Nice environment, good food and drink, pleasant staff. COVID precautions managed very well. We enjoyed a lovely evening and felt very safe.
Limited menu, warm beer, nice fire. Won't be coming back.
Nice pub located near the Botanic Gardens. The staff were friendly, and the food was quite nice with a good selection on their current menu. Overall, worth popping in if you’re in the area.
Our local and staff and new management are very helpful. Food good too.
