Great lodges but a little noisy as close to the road

Outstanding. Highly recommended. Everything you need and more. Used for a business stay over. Far better than the normal traditional business accommodation with plenty of character. A beautiful lawn area to work in the sun away from the rat race. Will definitely use again when in the area. The owner Gerry is super friendly and clearly has high standards which are evident in the facilities. Thank you.

BE AWARE CAUTION The owner needs to be put on a lead despicable Due to a wrdding we needed an early check in when we booked the owner said to call two days before and he would see what they could do. So two days before we rang and he was very rude to my husband and we was thinking about cancelling the booking but due to short notice this was not possible. When we arrived the owner was on his ride on lawn mower and blatantly ignoring me and my husband walking around woundering how we checked in. I appoached him and asked if he could help and he started giving me a month full of abuse saying that we have had a tex stating that the key would be in the door this we never had i then told ask him what was wrong with him and that i didnt like his attitude towards me he then got got of his mower and told me very aggressively that he didnt like mine either just then my husband came from round the courner and heard what was going on and told him that if he carried on talking to his wife like that he would like my husband attitude either. The owner then said im 73 do you want to take me on to my husband if we didnt have to get to the wedding i would of called the police for threatening and aggressive behaviour just then his wife came out who i must admit was lovely she started having a go at the old man saying that he cant speak to us like this and apologies for his behaviour that he was stressed i did say no matter what you say you can not run a business like this i explained again about the wedding and said if we had some where else to go we would of so i excepted her apologies and had to get on with it. Its is a crying shame about her husbands attitude because the place its self was lovely well decorated and very comfortable beds

The contents of the room were lovely but there wasn't much room for anything else. Very compact but bijou!

Really cute rooms and style! Extremely unique and would definitely stay there again!
