We love Hengisbury head. Brilliant place for a walk. Children love a small bike ride or a scoot. Dogs are welcome. Beautiful view from the cliffs & some beautiful sandy beaches too. Well worth a visit. 
Car park is payable via card/ online services. Reasonably priced too.

A good size and they haven't tried to build flats on it yet. Convenient for Hengistbury Head, the cafe and the land train. £1.50 for 2 hours.

A great place to walk dogs there is a nature reserve to visit a cafe where you can get drinks ice cream for the children and a noddy train to take you down to mudeford there is parking fees disabled cars park for free if they are tax exempt

Decent sized car park which is handily located for the café and visitor centre, as well as for your walk on the beach or up over the headland.

If you're averagely fit, two hours parking should be plenty to allow you to walk to the famous beach huts on Mudeford Spit and back.  Or you can take the little kiddie train.

It needs resurfacing as so many potholes! Also a gathering point for very annoying boy racers! Close enough to the beach and Hegistbury Head though.
