This is very expensive - I am sure there are cheaper locations - also I have been there 2x and once the machine didn't work - so I downloaded the app and it didn't work - when calling for advice they said I should pay within 24 hours - I'm not sure how true that is for the car park, but I've heard this is an issue where someone has had this before and received a ticket. It is a good location though.
Very small spaces, machines didn't work. Very tight car park, but much better to access if you don't want to walk far to shops.
The parking spaces are so small, even the entrance is small, you gotta be careful not to scratch your car. But all that I could manage, except the pay machines don’t work. I tried three times to pay at the machines and each time it told me transaction cancelled, yet I was debited three times. I had to download the app, which took a while because the internet is bad there, and finally paid for parking.
Decent price and location. But some seem not to park properly
Both parking machines out of order. Overly complex app to pay, requiring all sorts of personal info to create an account- information that will undoubtedly be sold on to 3rd parties. By the time you’ve driven in, you need to get the app to pay, otherwise they’ll use their NPR cameras to fine you. Also, scummy car park.
This car park is a nightmare.... Both mashines is out of order, they are in sun you can't see properly, I spend 20 minute to answer somebody at phone to help me and they told me to go to the app.... I spend another 20 minute to download the app and finally to pay.... I horrible.... I am very angry.... .... I don't want to give u any star, you don't deserve this.
Spend about 10 minutes to download the app because of incredibly slow internet because of network approach is not the best in that area. Spend another 10 minutes to create an account and pay. App crashed at least once. Parking is pretty expensive. But the view is nice from it. The entrance and exit is well organised. You can visit Primark right from it. It feels safe as well. Easy to drive in and out. 2m height restrictions.
Pre-booked and pre-paid for a parking spot for a set time that was confirmed by NCP via email, only to show up on the day to see that all the spaces have been taken up. There didn't seem to be anything in place eg. numbered bays, parking attendants, to guarantee parking spaces, so I don't understand the point of offering a pre-pay service? Submitted a formal complaint for a refund as the service I paid for could not be given to me, it's been a month now and I only just keep being batted off by customer service who call me by a different name with each reply!
1 star just because nothing is ever easy anymore. NCP just want to take your money. Its all online app payment. Jesus what happened to just putting coins in a machine.
Okay Car park, good location, car park spaces could be bigger as its okay for small cards but 4x4 or family cars it becomes a bit of a squeeze.
