Be aware when you're parking over the night. Some crackheads are living inside the staircase and they have smashed my driver window twice within 8 days. The car was empty without any belongings. No one cares, not even the police
Near enough to centre to be easy walking - I am disabled. Reasonable costs. Polite chap at entrance.
A carpark plain and simple. Not very well signed as to the way in and out. This causes confusion at busy times. Plenty of signs with pricing and payment details. Works well with the payment app.
NO indication that the shutters go down early and your car is locked in overnight. Not easy to contact or no contact information on who to ring if you need to get your car out. The website gives you and email to contact but no phone number. I would highly suggest using the council parking over the road to save getting stuck.
Came to Bournemouth for a day out, fantastic town unfortunately this carpark has let the place down, no notices of when it closes so imagine my surprise to find at 8.15pm the shutters shut and be told yes we will open it but will cost you £80. Absolutely ridiculous and a rip off..... avoid this carpark like the plague
As car parks go, it's pretty average. Is a struggle to get to the lifts with a pushchair due to a small set of stairs but doable. Very reasonable prices, £4.50 all day, or £3.50 from 1pm. You pay in the kiosk on the way in by cash or card. Decoration could do with an update.
At the extortionate price that you are charging, you should at least provide 2 pay machines, so a backup is available when the only machine available is out of service.
Arrived at 4pm, Had sign outside saying airshow parking £10, so presumed that it was the cost for people there whole day. But nope it was £10 no matter what time you arrived, normally it's only £2 for the afternoon, they are really taking the biscuit and managed to drive us away from going shopping.
Good size car park with small lift and stairs option. Not nearly full on a sunday and not too far to walk to the beach. Not too expensive.
Nice little outdoor carpark, not too expensive either
