This place just keeps getting better and better
Fabulous location with beautiful views from lovely gardens. Unfortunately the interior of the cottage falls way below standard. The cottage is in desperate need of a deep clean, decorating and upgrading of fixtures, fittings and furniture.Rooms: 2/5
Great location, perfectly placed for those wishing to explore the Snowdonia National Park and surrounding areas. The cottages themselves are well laid out, comfortable and clean. The lady running them was friendly and I would definitely go back, or recommend to others. The random sheep roaming around were an added bonus!
Brilliant hot tub, lots of walks, near to beaches, beautiful views. It's our annual family meeting place every year. Been coming here for ten years and have had so many memories. Brilliant. Definitely recommend.
We were a bit late to arrive but the cottage owner who lived opposite to the cottage was really friendly and kind. The place was very clean, well maintained and really comfortable. 1 double bed and 4 single beds. The owner was super kind enough to provide sugar for us at night as we didn't have any for our tea. Would definitely recommend this place for people around the area or travelling to Snowdonia.

The larger cottage was perfect for our extended family, comfortable and spacious for each member. The playroom provided a great outlet for preteens who are otherwise transfixed by electronic gaming - a great get-away. Kitchen well-equipped and stunning views. Loved watching frolicking lambs from the kitchen and lounge windows.
This is our 4th visit and we absolutely love it here. Stable has everything and more that you could possibly need..including a washing machine and tumble dryer which is very useful after a day in the sea and on the beach!! Looking forward to our next stay at helmau stable. Thank you Jan!!
It's an absolute gem. I was pleasantly surprised with the cottage the location the facilities and also the people. A definite must visit place to stay if you are anywhere in the area
Lovely location, very comfortable accommodation and the owner was incredibly helpful. We had six there for a walking trip and loved it. Hope to be back!
