My husband and I bought one of their "superior" mattresses for more than £ 1000,00 18 months ago : although we are quite fit people, we both are now suffering from back pains each morning to a point where yesterday we bought another mattress from another shop for a third of the price. The Helibeds mattress will be thrown away as it has begun to disintegrate and is only guaranteed for 12 months ! Most other suppliers of mattresses guarantee their product between 5 and 10 years. And of course Heli-beds can't do anything to help us since it has never happened before ! How unlucky is that !
