We’ve been into the store several times looking for curtains and new sofas. It’s a delightful store, enormous range and extremely helpful staff in all departments. We’ve placed an order for curtains and sofa’s and we’re very pleased with the deal and quality of experience by the staff members Quick update curtains arrived yesterday and were fitted by Sophie. Just had our curtains hung by Sophie and are delighted with them. The whole process was friendly, unrushed and helpful.
Padfields really look after their customers. They deserve 5* for thier excellent cutomer care ethos. I had an issue with a 10 year old sofa that was not covered under manufacturer warranty and it was fixed by Mr. Mills personally with great care and skill. Well done!!
Good service as always. Very pleased with the flooring. Thank you.
Buyers beware! 5 month battle re 2 sofas. Mr Mills came out to inspect but would not accept they had any faults. We had an independent report carried out, 17 manufacturing faults found 10 on 2 seater and 7 on 3 seater. Finally collected sofas 2 days before Christmas, leaving us without seating but at least we received full refund PLUS cost of report. Does not really deserve one star but gave this because of his staff who were very polite and helpful.
Nicely laid out store with lots of options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clear advice on timescales and delivery and all prices marked. I bought an extremely comfortable chair here on display and it was delivered to my house within an hour and a half. Will absolutely come again.
Firstly I was very impressed with the welcome we received from the doorman at the main entrance, very very smartly dressed . Fortunately or unfortunately we did not see anything that we required but the experience was good.
Really helpful staff, would definitely shop there when I need a sofa bed
A TARDIS of great quality furniture spread out over 3 levels, definitely a must if you are out and about.
