My Olivia cardigan arrived today, absolutely love it,had indigo which is going to be so versatile and softer than navy against older complexion:
I have several sweaters from Helen McCabe that I purchased several years ago. I love the style and have several different designs. The sweaters have held up to wear, are comfy and stylish. I received all my orders in a timely manner. On one occasion I had a small hole in the sleeve. Since I live in Arizona, shipping would be costly, so Helen sent me yarn and assisted me with the repair via email. It looks perfect again. I've also had Helen custom dye a sweater bright red which came out beautifully. I have nothing but compliments for Helen and her sweaters and would highly recommend them.
It's not in my nature to leave Bad Reveiw, but I feel So So disappointed with Helen McCabe and the Customer service. I order a cardigan in September 2018 buy paying a £1 to secure the order, the order was expect in 4 to 8 weeks so I rang them and was told it wasn't in October delivery. The Item arrived in December 2019 with NO NOTIFICATIONS. When inspecting the item it was clear that it was a total mismatch of sizes one side being 4 inches longer than the other side buttons not lining up. I have rang them several times Text them Emailed them No response £135 Wasted I will update this review when I get a satisfactory result, but up too now nothing Be very aware that you pay a £1 one year and you get the faulty item the next year
