I booked a fitting session with one of the M&S stylists. Despite it being a very busy Saturday, Roger was professional and extremely helpful. He asked what I was looking for and then escorted me around the shop to see and try on different styles of male suits and formal summer wear. He worked around stock issues to arrange a custom summer linen formal combination for me. I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be returning for future style advice and male clothing options.

Really nice layout, clear signage, and a wide variety of clothing. Went here to get a suit and the Sales Assistant helped me choose one in 10 minutes as he was clearly very knowledgeable. Will definitely be visiting again!

The BIG M&S in Hedge End is fantastic! There is everything !! And all sizes for everyone. Go always at the begin of the week. Nice and quiet.  Space enough to walk around and no waiting times by the checkout.

We were impressed with the store and food hall. We also had breakfast which was very good and there seemed to be 3 cafes so theres lots of choice. The store is the largest we've been to and very impressive. The food hall in particular was fantastic and I wish we had one close to home as id be in there regularly.

M&S had everything I wanted, STAFF were very helpful and polite. The cafe was also clean and well stocked with very nice cake's. Naughty but nice.
