What a lovely, quaint train station set back in time !nIf only everyone respects the station and l would be happy to chuck in loose change if you has a charity box for the station's upkeep.nNice little town as well !
A very British station set in beautiful green soundings. The ticket office is open and staffed often. There are free toilets and a place you can buy refreshments and sit down. There is a underground tunnel connecting both sides of the platform. There are no gates in this country station.
A wonderful place for nature lovers…
A wonderful station, its like its set back in time! Sadly let down by northern rail services, but i could think of worse places to be stranded waiting for a train this station is grand.
A gorgeous place to visit, we just had as a change trains stop, visit to the gents and ladies both equally appalling. Smelt, toilet seat falling off, scraps of wipes and dirt strewn all over the floor. Guessing that it's only cleaned during the week for regular commuters. Such a shame for a pretty town.
