We are a GP surgery based in Swadlincote. We have a great team of 3 GP partners and 2 salaried GPs, as well as practices nurses, ANP and reception team.

Story

We are a team of 5 regular GP's, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 2 Practice Nurses, a Practice Pharmacist
and Health Care Assistant, as well as a reception and admin team.

Our aim is to provide an excellent medical service to our patients.

Technical issues this morning which was not handled professionally arguments ensued between staff at the front desk you would not have thought there was a waiting room full of people. I've never seen anything like it! This should have been dealt with in the back office not front of house. Well done to the young girl for not retaliating.

Everyone is always polite,helpful& knowledgeable,doctors are extremely knowledgeable&sympathetic to your needs

The doctors are great however absolutely terrible service, always running behind on appointments. Even tried booking early in the morning at 8 am to advoid waiting and still there was a 20 min delay. The last 4 times i have been i have spent a total of 2 hrs and 30 mins in the waiting room.

these doctors are top notch, very professional and genuinely caring. the nursing staff are very friendly and upto date on everything. the receptionists are friendly and very confidential. the doctors are Dr Rooney, Dr Salih, Dr Somerajan and Dr Shar. this is a teaching practice and will ask if you wish to be seen with a student or not.
