We are commercial and private client law firm based in Milton Keynes. Our portfolio of services include Business Law, Commercial and Residential Property, Family Law, Litigation and Public Notary.

Story

Amongst our Partners we have a Commercial Mediator, a former barrister, a Notary Public and a former in-house lawyer for an IT company. Our Managing Partner is an Electronics Engineer who was also the Managing Director of a manufacturing company. We also have a former Marketing Manager in a technology company and an former Harrods watch specialist. A number of staff have a particular interest in technology and manufacturing. One of our Partners now works one day per week as a cycle mechanic.

Excellent accessible seminar which answered many questions and raised a few more. Some answers are really yet to be determined. However, I think what I got mostly was clarity over the steps to take now to comply in time for the 25th May deadline. Thank you Healds.

I attended a GDPR presentation at Healds last week. The complexities of the forthcoming changes to data protection were explained, in a way even I could understand! I am now much better informed and know at least where to start with my Data Audit and ...guess who I will be asking for help with my written policies? Thanks in particular to Shital Odedra and David Dees.

We have used Heald Law to look after our commercial contracts. Previously we had used off the shelf and DIY methods to create reseller and agency agreements, After spending an hour with one of their senior partners I learned what a liability we had inadvertently created and Heald Law have swiftly addressed the create of watertight and EU compliant contract that will surely add greatly to value of our business.

I have used Heald Solicitors on a number of occasions during the last three years. Caroline Wilton, David Dees, Nick, Daniel and the rest of the team of Solicitors really are a 'One Stop Shop' as they can cover all legal requirements for both Business and Personal legal matters. I have recently used them to update employment contracts, for advice on legal matters regarding setting up a SIPP - Pension scheme and also as my Solicitor for the Sale of one of my businesses. Every team member at Heald's Solicitirs whom I have dealt with has been thoroughly professional and very helpful in professionally advising me on all matters. I thoroughly recommend you use Heald's for any legal matters
