Story

Altion Law Limited is regulated as an Alternative Business Structure (“ABS”) by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (“SRA”). ABS’s are a new form of legal company which continues to provides the protection of being regulated by the SRA, but in addition provides the flexibility of permitting lawyers and non-lawyers to work together to enable a wider range of services to be offered to clients. We believe this combination of experience and knowledge from different professionals will drive change in the legal sector, enhancing client outcomes and delivering best value.

Altion Law is owned and managed by a commercial litigation solicitor, Rebecca Hudson, and a non-practising barrister Anthony Galvin (who is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) with an Advanced Certificate in Construction Adjudication.) Together our directors bring 20 years of contentious and non-contentious legal experience.
