Very poor site with bad drainage causing mud and floods everywhere. Cars forced to park on grass just making the situation worse. Impossible to get to van without walking through 2 to 3 inches of mud making clothes and van very dirty. Smallest "wider than standard" van we have ever paid extra for or stayed in and too many vans packed to close together. Could clearly hear the conversations of the neighbours. Will not return and cannot recommend. On the plus side, the ducks had a great time.

Heacham beach and the cafe on the beach are excellent, you need to find a better place to stay. The park was a quagmire and the caravan did not justify the £90 upgrade fee. Appeared as no one except the last tenants had cleaned and maintained it. Customer Services Manager showed little interest in sorting out minor issues, promising much but delivering little, although he eventually refunded our upgrade fee after regularly being prompted.

Great place to bring young children ! They have a small main pool but again is good for a young family and a starter pool. The site is clean and well presented with all you need for a quick break with a on site shop and entertainment areas, I would recommend this site for those who want a great beach with fast access and plenty to do on a wet day here in the UK. (Yes it was muddy but that's British weather for you and that my friends will happen on any caravan site with grass !). We loved our stay.

Well equipped, modern, clean caravan. Excellent location 2mins walk from the beach. It would've been 5stars but the swimming pool opening times were disappointing. Closes at 6 and during the 'activities' time, the pool was empty!

Great park,close to the beach and just a short walk from local shops and pubs /resturants,And amenities at north beach. Ideal for families with younger children and someone looking for a more relaxed holiday. The entertainment isn't as lively as some other parkdean resort parks but still good. We will definitely be going back in the future.
