Recently moved to the Cookstown area, working in Belfast i use both facilities before and after work in Magherafelt and Dungannon depending on which way I go. Excellent Facilities with great equipment, great locations with loads of parking and Very Helpful Experienced Staff always on hand.

Nice gym, small but everything you need is there, and its not busy, no waiting time

Haven't used fitness equipment..but used facilities for dance instruction. Found all the staff so helpful and nothing was a problem.
