Dear Management,nnI am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent visit to your facility.nnWe paid for access to the pool and entered with the understanding that our payment covered the available amenities. However, we were later asked to leave and informed that the steam room and sauna required an additional fee. At no point during payment or entry were we told that these facilities were not included in the price we had already paid.nnBeing asked to leave after already paying was both embarrassing and frustrating. Clear communication about pricing and access restrictions should be provided upfront to avoid misunderstandings like this. Had we been informed beforehand about the additional charges, we could have made an informed decision.nnI would appreciate clarification regarding your pricing policy and an explanation as to why this information was not communicated clearly at the time of payment. I also believe this situation warrants consideration for a refund or some form of compensation.nnI look forward to your response.

My son has been in the taekwondo group  in leisure centre for 10 month and I'm not saying anything about the leisure centre it's the taekwondo group  and the  they only taught him was white belt  grading patters and even after he got his next belt they still taught him the white belt patters

I don't recommend it. They scheduled my induction for the day with the fewest people. When I went to train another day, it was impossible; so many people were already working out that I had to leave. This happened three days in a row. I canceled my membership, but they still charged me for two more months. They force you to pay but don't tell you the truth.

I first came to this place when i was a small child back in the 80's and I'm still coming today in my 50's.nAlways clean and staff always friendly and attentive. Great place and hope it is always here in the future to serve the community.
