I cannot recommend BMAC Strength Training highly enough. Brian and Geraldine have created a great gym community with many long term members. The training and nutritional advice provided is second to none as can be seen by the number of great transformations time and time again. Brian is extremely passionate and puts 100% into every member and class. If you are looking for a gym experience that is different to anything else offered locally this is the place to go. Highly Recommend
Brian is an excellent coach and this gym is perfect if you want to progress in a really friendly, comfortable environment. It’s really well kitted out and the classes are for people of all abilities. If you want to push yourself then this is the place for you! I can’t rate Bmac Strength Training highly enough!

I had little previous experience of a gym prior to coming here but wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Brian, Geraldine and Justin are so encouraging and do all they can to support you.
Excellent facilities with great coaches, Brian and Justin, who are always very helpful. Easy going atmosphere where you won’t feel out of place. Would highly recommend.
