I went to exchange some currency in the Highcliffe Branch, and had the worst experience in my life. Regardless of providing all the requested documentation, was treated like a thief by a staff member called Roz. I am a frequent traveller, and in constant need to exchange currency and book my travel; will never put my foot into the Hays Travel agency in my life!
