First time renting a property. My first contact was a gentleman called Zach Tebbutt who answered all my questions. He guided me through to process as i found it quite daunting. All settled in now. Great agent and agency. Highly recommended would refer my friends and family to this establishment.

We have been using Bournecoast's tenant finding service for several years now and they have consistently found us excellent tenants. When one of our flats becomes empty the staff always find new tenants pretty quickly and yet make a real effort with thoroughly vetting them before introducing us. We will continue to use Bournecoast's service for as long as they continue to find us great tenants!

The staff and team have been extremely helpful to me both when I rent out my property and when I have family coming down and finding a holiday let. They are efficient and extremely diligent with what they do keeping me informed at all times.

Bournecoast have been fully managing my flat in Xchurch for 15 years. The rent has come in on time every month and any problems the tenant reports are dealt with swiftly. The staff are always very pleasant to deal with as well.
