This my second time visiting and I keep falling in live with this place . The bomb was , the waiter forgot to ask for him name was exceptional fantastic. Customer service was 150/100 . They outdid themselves . Y’all need to visits this cute place . They don’t serve coffee on this premises but the guy went to buy and made us one when we requested for coffee. That’s why the customer service is exceptionally out of this world . Rating 12/10. That’s how good it is .
Been living in Camberwell for years and yesterday I went in for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised. Shame I wasn't dressed for the occasion but will be back. And the staff were great, which always helps - from the waitresses to the security guards : shisha starts at £30 and drinks are averagely priced for the area. Such a great find.
The staff need training, one waitress was so rude I wonder why she bothered to come to work. We had to flag her down and she gave us dirty looks all night. Though the man changing the coal and doormen were very nice. Decor was 10/10 and drinks 10/10 but I would rather go to another lounge with good service. There are too many others to choose from
We went there for new year's celebrations and it was amazing. Definitely recommend itFood: 5/5
waitress was so rude and give me so many dirty looks, I order cheesecake, small pot of tea Shisha & can I 7 up, she come and said we don’t have cheesecake cause is gone during the weekend so I ordered baklava she ended up coming back and said there’s not baklava as well, I end up asking just to a simple dessert whatever they have which apparently she said they have no desserts at all while they already bringed me my order. She even end up asking me pay for my bill after 5 min, she charged me for the baklava and a big pot of tea which luckily enough I noticed it and I end up paying only for whatever they bringed me. Rude staff Bad Shisha which it didn’t even last 5 min cause they put 5 coals lol I wouldn’t recommend to anyone this place .
Great libanese food at a nice and warm atmosphere. Service is quite good and fast. Delicious starters and salad. Main dishes have big portions and very nicely cooked. Prices are normal and reasonable! Tagine lamb dishes and kebab are delicious!
One of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve been to and the service is top quality. The decor is so beautiful and looks like something out of a magazine. The food was delicious and came really quickly, the Lebanese wine was also amazing and Tsega went above and beyond to make my birthday a really special experience. Definitely will be back again!!
Visited Hayati with a group of friends last night. I had heard good things about the lounge and the vibe, atmosphere etc from friends HOWEVER although the decor is pretty the service is below average. We ordered a range of food and drink and my friends enjoyed it for the most part BUT I ordered a Piña Colada and it was not quite up to standard for me so I ask if I could swap it for another drink after having only two sips. The first waitress advised she had to speak to the bartender. then the second waitress came over and asked me what the issues was, I advised the drink I ordered was not good and I would like to swap it for another one. She then went off and said she had to speak to someone. She came back shortly after then again asked me what the problem with the drink was and I then stated the drink do not taste nice and not like a Piña Colada and because of the back and fourth I then just asked for it to be taken away and removed from the bill. She did not respond. She looked at both myself and the drink for a few seconds then took it away with no further comment or apology. Also, although I did not have Shisha through our say nobody came around to check on the coal which is something that is quite typical of a shish lounge. All in all my experience was quite disappointing.
Great atmosphere and good food. Good place to socialise with friends and food restocked is reasonable price .
