A great town for fossickers and book buyers. We spent two days and one night here. I’m such a book lover that I bought ten books and some stationery. The town is easily accessed on foot. Some great cafes and bars too. Coming from overseas I was bowled over by how affordable both new and vintage books were.

Lovely place. More books than you can read in many life times. Great food, great atmosphere. Many other shops to look at. People are very friendly. Nice architecture with lovely little back alleyways.

Wonderful secondhand bookshop, with surprising variety and nice price.nParking available nearby for free 1 hour if you managed to get one.

Perfect bookstore to get stuck foraging in. There’s a huge range of topics and prices. If you’re a collector there’s a lot of first editions displayed in cases. My favourite part are the newer cookbooks on sale!

A dream town for any bibliophile! So many shops and books to suit everyone! Each visit turns up another treasure
