I went there on Saturday a day after  the shop reopened after beeing closed for major refurbishment. Lots more fridge shelves all new but whats there is disappointing. Ten types of pizza scattered over two areas just pizza? The fresh veg area is about the same as before. Room for loads of pies. A very small area for Free From products and I couldn't find any chilled Free From. Not much new in the shop, just more of the same. A disappointing start. It is open every day now to 10pm. Looks like it's there just for people who forgot something from a big shop. More signege and please some new exciting products. Not just more of the same.

I Went into the coop to buy some clear glue I asked help for a lady she was very rude probably a racist eventually I found what I was looking for whenever I go in they don't want to help me it gives me good service I believe this is based on racial bias as clearly the local shops don't want to serve me because I'm Asian haxby is a racist and clearly offers an welcome atmosphere to all who are coloured and Asian to be fair bad staff like this shouldn't have jobs undeserving of their role

Love the Co-op. They sell a lot of Fair Trade items, I love the bananas and buy them every time I go in. Their fruit and veg is always fresh. They always have milk with plenty of time on. The individual fresh bakery items, cookies and donuts are to die for and being a member, I make lots of savings on member prices, I just have to remember to scan my card. There is always a self checkout free which is invaluable for me as I have arthritis and it means I can take my time and not worry about holding people up.

Took some residents for a walk around... only to find its closed for a refit.. yet still advertised as open online.
