Shockingly and disturbingly bad. We got them to handle my fathers estate when he passed. This was delayed and delayed for many months due to sickness of staff and being very busy in court.  When we chased on progress we found they were charging us for every email response, even though the response was "no progress". When we complained, they charged us £500 and passed the case onto a senior partner, who was then charging us £50 for each email.  When we got notification of their billing we realised it had already been settled using funds from my fathers estate.  We have yet to receive final funds from them or any details on my fathers estate.  Please avoid at all costs, dreadfull company.

Helpful friendly Professional confidential cost effective Good Solicitors  We have been using this firm since they were in Black Water  since 10 to 12 years on different occasions. They do all type of things. Small or large, writing a letter going to courts buying or selling a private or commercial property, change of use, planing application, small claims courts,family Law, Wills and Probate you name it they will do it. They always have friendly staff but the best person is Rebecca who is always love to help you. Please keep it up.

The legal ombudsman have waived my outstanding fees and ordered Hawksley solicitors to pay me £500 in damages.  This isn't the first time the Legal Ombudsman have fined Hawksleys. This solicitor ended up costing me tens of thousands of pounds as I got walked all over in divorce proceedings - even the Judge told her off for her incompetence ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

totally incompetent,dragging out divorce proceedings for over 2 years,never there to talk too or complain too,do yourself a favour and use someone else

Similar  to the cases mentioned, cause a lot of frustration and emotional turmoil,family having to go through more distress by considering going through Ombudsman.
