A big thank you to Avril for all she and her team have done over the past eight months whilst finalising my late mother’s estate. I cannot sufficiently express my gratitude for the sympathetic and compassionate way in which everything has been handled. The diligence, professionalism, and most of all kindness in all communications with both Avril and Nikki have truly been appreciated and have helped make an extremely difficult process bearable. I would happily highly recommend this firm and have done so for both business and family/friends. I have chosen Foster Harrington for all four house purchases that I have done over the last 10 years. I would use no one else. The whole team are supportive; especially Elaine, Debbie and Annette. They have one goal in mind, to ensure you are making sound legal decisions, protecting the entire time. They always take the time to ensure I understood everything throughout the process and were flexible on me visiting the office. They are warm and friendly but tenacious in their dealings and provide a five star service. No other firm has come close to them.
Thank you to Elaine and her wonderful conveyancing team who just helped me buy a property. Without exception everyone I dealt with was attentive , knowledgeable and just reassured me through what ended up as a rather protracted and anxious process with the other sides solicitors ceasing to trade before we had finished the transaction ! Notwithstanding this Elaine ,Jane, Debbie and Annette managed to achieve my completion goal and I cant recommend them highly enough- five stars doesn't cover it . A safe set of hands , calm , communicative, approachable and a totally professional team who I would not hesitate to recommend . Worth every penny .
Avril was extremely helpful & so knowledgeable, explaining everything that was necessary to know when writing my will. I also found the conveyancing team Elaine, Jane, Annette & Debbie the most patient and amazing people who made my house sale & purchase possible against the odds. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. A breath of fresh air to find such a professional company that do not disappoint
