Had an absolutely horrific experience with this company, avoid at all costs. Dealing with a bereavement is an extremely difficult thing, made 10 x worse by being called your deceased mother's name on more than one occasion on the phone and hearing sniggering in the backround. Then having an apology over the phone only to be sent an email less than 5 minutes later addressed to my deceased mother's name. Spent weeks chasing the company to release the will from storage causing delays with everything else to be fobbed off each time I rang with excuse after excuse. Then being told I had to pay £25 to release the document which I did. Weeks pass and eventually when I lost my patience I'm then told they never had it in the first place and they made an error. Then was promised a refund which I am still waiting to receive. Delayed everything with probate. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNEMPATHETIC. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT A DIFFICULT TIME MADE 10 X MORE DIFFICULT.
