Avoid at all cost. A particular solicitor without awareness of time. Promised to get back to the other party solicitor by 27/02, she got back to me with the draft letter on 1/3 and went on holidays 2-8 March. the other party sent docs to court on 7/3. 
0 understanding of time and professionalism.

Useless, if it were possible to leave zero stars I  would.  My experience was that they charge for plenty and do next to nothing to help you.

I left specific instructions do nothing without me agreeing it, yet they would write letters I did not instruct and charge. They even charge you to prepare the invoice!! 

When the first person I was dealing with left, a new person took on the account who was so on top of things did not even know the name of my ex. 

I found them of no use or help whatsoever and would advise anyone to give them a miss.
