We instructed Neves in Milton Keynes for the conveyancing of a combined sale and purchase. The team at Neves were excellent from start to finish (we had most dealings with Melissa, Lauren and Ellie-May). They did not sit on anything; as soon as there was work to progress they were on top of it, in addition to this they were regularly diarising to chase anything that was outstanding rather than just sitting back and waiting. Their communication was excellent, both within the team (the records kept on our file were accurate and up to date meaning they were always up to speed, no matter who we spoke to) and to us, via phone and email. Without the teams proactivity and hard work we never would have achieved what was a very ambitious exchange and completion timing target. We would certainly use Neves again, we would highly recommend them.

Neves Solicitors Review - I instructed Neves for a straightforward conveyancing transaction. My file was managed by a recent graduate with only a few months experience, she was seemingly unsupervised. This caused massive delay. Eventually my file was picked by a competent member of staff and completed. I used Neves after being recommend them by a friend, I have been massively disappointed.

I have written to 2 senior members of staff regarding my complaints (These were the 2 I was advised to write to). It has now been over 2 weeks since I wrote to them. I wanted to give them chance to respond but they have seemingly not bothered. 

I would only recommend Neves to someone if they don't care about time scales or who manages their file.

I was very impressed by the Conveyancing Team at Neves. We had to fit into a complex chain, which was advanced at the time of our joining it, and impatient for us to move at the same pace. Caroline Hume intervened, spoke to the key players in that chain and re-assured them that we were credible and that the time limits could be met. She knew this from carefully examining our position. It made the difference and gained the confidence needed to move on. From that point on her team moved swiftly through the hoops and we completed in a remarkable timescale.
