Moving house has to be one of the most stressful jobs anyone in the UK undertakes. Having had three chain failures in the last year I turned to Gemma Noble at MacIntyre Law. Gemma was excellent in navigating me through the process of my sale and purchase and put up with a fairly demanding customer ! Highly recommend both Gemma and Macintyre Law.
I would just like to thank Chris Kennedy and Deborah Colvill at Macintyre Law for their services during my purchase of my first property. I am safe to say that I really did luck in to finding them, it felt like nothing was ever too much or no question was too daft. Chris and Deborah were pro-active, efficient and made me feel like I was their only client. I would recommend them and Macintyre Law to anyone. Google was not allowing me to leave a review for whatever reason so it’s only now I am doing it months later. Thank you again for making the purchase so easy and plain sailing.
If it were possible to give no stars I would, I had to continually chase for updates, forms which they filled out for the court were incorrect causing additonal delays and barristers cost, requested information was either not given or given incorrectly. I asked for documents to be sent same day recoded delivery, it then took me four chases to get the tacjing number, and after being told it was done o the day of request, the track and trace number showed it was sent two working days later, causing further delays. I would not recommend this firm
Good, straight forward advice and honesty.
