Used to go here every weekend with my family, do my shopping and use the cafe. However recently received a PCN for staying 1 minute over in the car park beneath the building. Tried to appeal but apparently the car parking  company M&S employ don’t follow the regulations that came in 2019. Will be going to Sainsbury’s down the road from now on.

You average M&S well stocked and a busy food hall. Like most under staffed but those there are in the main friendly and helpful. New self service checkouts and reduced staffed pay points. Dedicated refund and returns desk is efficient while automated Click and Collect system often fails to work but fortunately staff quickly on hand when help is required. Very average cafe with similar staff unfortunately.

This must be one of the most depressing and disappointing M&S stores in the country.  I’m generally a fan of M&S but this shop sells the most frumpy, underwhelming stock. It’s badly laid out, dark and gloomy. It looks like a pound store.  Come on  Sevenoaks M&S, surely you can do better than this!

Do not park in this car park - I was back at my car within my paid for hour, I sorted my M & S shopping - then tried to programme my sat nav for a journey to Surrey.  After several attempts when it still wouldn't couldn't connect I drove out of the car park.  This short delay - whilst I was sitting in my car in the car park has led to me receiving a fine of £100 and M & S take no responsibility - even though I had been shopping in their store, and paid for my parking.

Tried calling the customer service number  3 times in a row at around 9 a.m. to report a stolen trolley in Clockhouse Lane and the automated system simply hung up on me. I couldn't even leave a message. M & S used to be famous for renowned for its customer service but those days are sadly gone.

So went for lunch at the cafe at M & S only to find not much on the menu with no avocado for toast ok I’ll have a Halloumi wrap, sorry none. Ok I’ll have fish and chips, sorry none……… you get the picture. Ended up with a pre packed salad which was very nice but 5 th chose. Not great experience for M&S who are usually top of there game

As always, it's a great place to run in and pick up some last-minute bits for dinner

Tills removed and I'm now expected to self serve. Had I wanted to be a shop checkout assistant I would have trained to become one. Sorry I will now buy my clothing elsewhere in Sevenoaks and as for the foodhall I'll shop at Waitrose in future. I wonder what will become of the M & S site in Sevenoaks when it will undoubtedly close down..

Checkouts have been removed. Large counter to deal with returns only, I was pointed towards self service tills.  Customers expected to self service clothing items. I decided to not bother so put the items I wished to purchase back. Will not shop there in future!

Really sorry I'm doing you guys another review because I done one since 2023 I wanted to renew my review as we're now in the new year 2024 and new month march 2024 and yeah I feel sorry that people opinions is making your star ratings drop But sometimes is kind to respect other people's opinions I went to marks and spencer cafe in sevenoaks today with my mum There I had your brand new yummy easter chocolate cake you just putted out in your cafe and with it I had a lovely cup of tea I was so brave asking one of your staff for my cup of tea I asked so nicely and in very kind way I really liked coming to your cafe Because why not because I needed a break from Costa Coffee and try different places every now and then Hopefully this good review helps again We see how long you stay on 4 stars rating for If you end going back down to 3 stars ratings Least I tried my best doing as many good reviews as I can I just like doing google reviews for your sevenoaks cafe Because I really like going to your cafe each weekend with my mum and whoever is not too busy to take me to M&S cafe in Sevenoaks blights meadows car park I do thank you for making my experience at M&S cafe so lovely as always and you do such a good job working at M&S cafe You are very good at what you do I think your cafe is getting popular over the years because I have seen more people going I think the sunny weather helps too So yeah Enjoy reading my good kind honest review I just did you just now But anyway hope you have a lovely rest of your afternoon Please feel free to take your time to read this review Promise you there's plenty of time to read it It doesn't have to be today
