I can't fault the service provided, Sam done an excellent job of understanding my needs. Getting a higher limit and spreading the cost a bit further to ensure we didn't go above my monthly limit to get my dream car. He's very easy to talk to and I had many off topic conversations with him. Even when there was others interested in the car and they were applying for finance for it through other companies, Sam was still able to increase my limit, stretch the repayments out and get the paperwork done before the other potential buyers had even heard back regarding their finance. I cannot fault his sales skills, as a previous sales advisor it's so refreshing to have someone who is willing to talk rather than stick to a script like a robot, I still work in the sales sector and I appreciate the more human approach. We're not robots we all like a chat. Them chats are what sealed my finance agreement with yourselves. My only advice is a follow up call after you have paid out from the sales rep who has guided the customer through the process, the customer had bonded with their rep by this time. A little goes a long way. Just some advice which I hope helps Blue in the future. Thank you Sam and Blue for all your help and making this all possible
Always excellent service from this company. Reasonable and fair rates. My first car on finance. The staff have always been so lovely and understanding during times of financial hardship. They are quick to respond and quick to help. Always a pleasant tone from them. I would definitely recommend this company. I would rate them 10 out of 10 stars, if i could.
Extremely good sales experience with Ben at blue motor finance. Ben was very helpful with finding my choice of vehicle and clear about my options and what best suits my budget. Everything was dealt with very professional but swiftly thank you so much for a high standard customer service experience.

Where do I start with Blue Motor Finance, they have been nothing short of amazing. I had many issues with a vehicle I purchased for delivery through finance with them, i wanted to return the vehicle as it was of unsatisfactory quality and not fit for purpose. I raised a complaint with Blue Motor on 2nd April, originally spoke with Leanne from the Complaints team who then passed me over to Emma complaints handler, just over a week later the dealer travelled over 200 miles to collect the vehicle. The finance was then withdrawn and removed from my credit file. They even refunded me the delivery fee I paid for the vehicle. I would highly recommend Blue Motor Finance. As even though my experience with the vehicle/dealer wasn't great, Blue Motor Finance were amazing throughout and understood the stress/frustration. Thank you to Leanne and Emma!!
Ben Moore dealt with my new car sales query, I already had a car via Blue Motor Finance and wanted a change. I can believe I have been in contact with Ben over a period of 2 months and perhaps even beyond that as I recall speaking to him months before and he diarised a call back nearer to the time I’d be suitable for a car change. He has kept me in the loop throughout the process and has looked into every option available down to calling up places on my behalf to see if the car was available; he has been a pleasure to work with and even available on the day I went to see the car to ensure he was on hand to get paperwork sorted which also meant working against the clock and liaising with the dealership to ensure I got the desired outcome. Ben is an asset to Blue Motor and it’s been a pleasure thank you for everything!
These people are a fantastic and really helped through a difficult time and acted fast I’m really grateful for that what happened I got a car few months ago from a dealership and I had not really used the car as soft top and only done 200 miles so was put away over the winter but my partners car needed a service so my car had to come out of the garage the warranty was 3 months and I was 48 hours out of warranty but the heater where broken so the window kept fogging up and was horrible to drive so I called the garage at the time said they fix it and then had my car for just over a month then they called me to say they were going to bill me for it I felt they where taking advantage of me so I called them as the garage refuse to give my car back even though they agreed to fix it under warranty as it was already there and can’t make pipes block and corrode in 200 miles but these guys came to my rescue and I can’t thank them enough for there hard work and time and how quickly it was dealt with as the garage said no way could have my car back and this finance company got my car home today only took a week and fixed the problem calm, understanding and acted fast. I recommend them if I Chose to upgrade my car in the future will be useing this company as think there brilliant, and they think of the customer thanks again
Customer service reply to queries etc always excellent, sometimes extended wait to get through but very efficient and clear. Underwriting/lending very stringent, inflexible and strictly ‘black-and-white’. Had near perfect repayment record on current agreement, 2 late payments NOT missed out of 32 and won’t sanction a further agreement on a vehicle. Sales team never elaborate, underwriting team ‘never available’ to give info. Certainly better and more flexible lenders available, wouldn’t recommend. Very disappointed in lack of info offered.
This review is unrelated to the company’s products and services however it’s pertinent to the way they run the business which is completely unprofessional. My son interviewed for a sales position at this company, interviewed well they liked him however gave the position to someone with more experience fair enough. This is where is breaks down, the guy who interviewed him said he would be a good fit in the service team would he interview for that. He agreed and was verbally given a date and time for a new interview with two ladies from that department. Interview went well he thought we’ll let you know was the last he heard. 2 weeks after interview still no response from the firm, he rang into reception asking after any of the interviewers either from first or second interview. No one bothered ringing back! He rang in again this time confirming the date and time of the interview with reception, they had his interview time completely wrong from the verbal agreement which meant he turned up to the second interview 2 hour late no fault of his own. No one said a thing to him! I felt this was extremely unfair and shows a massive lack of caring. He still has not heard a word from them either written of verbally.
Ben was fantastic. I've never dealt with car finance before but I can guarantee, if I need it in the future again, Ben will be my first port of call. What an asset to your company he is!! From working in customer service for 15 years, I've never had better! Keep this man at all costs as he will make your company flourish. Many many many thanks Ben!!!
