I have used HMP to sell two properties and have just gone onto the market with a third.  Couldn't recommend them enough.  Dawn and Dean have both valued my properties accurately and in line with the current market.  On both occasions, I achieved asking price in only a couple of weeks.  My latest property took 6 weeks to sell from start to finish.  When it comes to taking pictures, Dean is an absolute perfectionist and I believe this has contributed to quick and smooth sales.  Cathy regularly kept me updated with the progress of the sales and I found HMP to be very competitive and professional.

I have used HMP on a few occasions. Perfect as always, I was kept up to date on everything going on and my most recent sale went through smoothly. lovely people to deal with both over the phone and in person.

Dean was absolutely fantastic with me. Spoke on a daily basis. And often out of hours. Can't fault him 1 bit. Had lots of problems with the sale and purchase from unforseen circumstances. And he dealt with the lot on my behalf. His team are awesome at HMP atherton. Highly recomended. Mathew emmison.
