Called in at just gone 4.00pm on a Saturday, forgot they closed at 4.00 . Luckily a very pleasant member of the team who was just about to drive off stopped her car and said she would reopen for me. That is going the extra mile! She matched my request to suitable wines and duly closed up the store again. Wow! Ps the wines were excellent both in quality and value
