All I can say is wow. So happy I took my car there, I had a recall for my handbrake but had a mot at the same time and the gentleman that served me was absolutely amazing I think his name was Julian (I think). Would recommend This place to everyone 😁😁😁 walked away with a big smile on my face 😁😁😁

Awful! Staff were very rude. Our budget wasn't good enough for them and they decided we should just leave. Cars are very over priced. Highly recommend Carbase! Have some really amazing prices.

Sales men will move the world for you to get you to buy a car, but adter they have had your money it all stops very quickly. Still waiting for paperwork some 10 weeks after buying car and have been down twice to ask. After sales service is a joke they always appear to be extremely busy and can't fit you for 3 or 4 days, i think its a way of getting rid of you just making things difficult for the simplest of proven faults. Can safely say i will never buy from cwmbran vauxhall again

Friendly, efficient and quality service. Pays to book in well in advance if you need a particular date or day of week as all available appointment times are booked up for next few weeks when you call.

Brilliant Service, just purchased nearly new Nissan Juke, the salesman David bishop was very professional and so helpful not a thing was too much trouble for him. Attention to detail was terrific, and the information received was spot on. The car came spotless and in tip top condition, would recommend highly
