An awful experience. They never answer emails. They had not been able to provide an exact Google Maps point or a screenshot with a house to check how close neighbors were, etc. before the viewing, Ronald has proposed in a short and rude manner to just cancel the viewing instead. So I've asked for one small simple thing that any agency gives you by default and basically has been told that I don't need it they probably know better than me what I need and sent away. Such a great way to treat customers.
If you are buying in Scotland you will need a Scottish solicitor. If you are selling we can Sell Your House and we do the Legals as well. We got this Mystery Shopper review: "Your firm is a customer service pro. Your approach is warm and friendly and you are skilled in rapport building. When displaying strong skills in customer service you take time to understand your consumer’s needs, establishing a positive relationship and leaving them with that all important feel good factor.
