STAY AWAY! Cowboys and thieves. My partner bought a van from these people just over a year ago. Within the first few weeks it was having issues with acceleration so he got his mechanic out to have a look. Straight away he said it had obviously been in an accident as the bonnet and headlights didn't align. He then looked under the bonnet and said there shouldn't be oil within the turbo, certainly not the amount that was in there. He found multiple issues so my partner went straight back to the garage with the issues and was told there's nothing wrong with it. They didn't even look under the bonnet. We spoke to citizens advice and followed their advice and the garage said to bring it in and they would look at it. They had it from the Monday and called on the Thursday to say they can't even look at it without first doing their own service which would cost £250. So my partner had not only been without a van for a week for no reason but then they wanted to charge him to look at their issues. We took it away and listened to the owner ranting about he thinks he knows better than our mechanic even though he hasn't looked at it and he's not a mechanic. He is a vile, arrogant, nasty man, so be aware. After my partner speaking to the finance company that he used to pay for the car they sent someone out who hooked it up to a machine and said nothing comes up. He didn't even look at anything. So my partner had exhausted all options. So, after having the van for just over a year, it is now completely broken and all he can do is start again with another van and continue to pay for a van he used for a year. I can't imagine many people can afford to pay £12,000 for a van that was broken from the start so I would beg of anyone thinking of purchasing a van from this company to please please run away as fast as you can. I can see a few other reviews that are similar so hopefully people will look at these and not have to go through the financial loss and the the stress and upset that this awful company has caused us. I wish there was an option to give zero stars.
It has been almost a week since I purchased this really lovely Citroen Berlingo van from First 4 Vans. First 4 Vans prepared my new van purchase with a full service and a 12 months MOT. I am delighted with my purchase. I can highly recommend this establishment.
What makes this review even more relevant is that I’m sitting sitting in a layby with my van that has cost £10,000 .that’s not taking into consideration the higher vans . I’ve had to hire. But in here eyes there is nothing wrong with the van .my van played up on the second day that I owned it and they didn’t not wanna know. If you like to be patronised talked down to then it’s the company for you .You’ll find it’s never their fault . So how do we start it’s not their fault the central locking doesn’t work it worked for a day. It’s not their fault but the heater doesn’t work properly. It’s not their fault that the nose that they can’t here .but other it sounds like the actuator on the turbo is going . it a release valve I think. Andy he van but that’s not their fault either. Not only have they done nothing to the van but excuses I took it back into him and I thought give him a chance I did four days sat outside and no MOT on it so I’ve got no MOT on the van. and they don’t even Look at anything on the van. His answer was I can’t roadtest it it’s got no MOT . And the mot station is next door. I’m gutted I’ve had so much trouble but I promise you you will be disappointed if you go to this company they sound great on the phone look on the Internet but when it comes to putting into practice oh my . So now the van will be checked over at Fords a full check over and diagnostic check .I remember saying to The guy you sure this van has been checked and service.but just wait till you try dealing the so-called service manager good luck with that one. the way he spoke back at me was like he was talking to little child and if I’m honest I don’t think Van ever got checked over before I got it from FAST4VANS i could Go on about FAST4VANS ALL DAY but what’s the point. All I can do to help you guys Not throw your money down the drain like I have I don’t know how much it’s going to cost put right. I’m not looking forward to it. But I can’t not have a van it’s my living . LETS ALL WATCH THIS SPACE Let’s wait for all the excuses .I hope this helps out somehow .but in the end we always make up your own minds And remember stay Safe and be nice to each other .

Great guys here. Bought a van just under a year ago from them. Great van. Perfect since I had it. Been a tiny little bit of work done and called these guys. They fitted me in at short notice and were in contact while work was being done. Perfect job done on time. Great service. Will use in the future.

We rely on having our vans reliably maintained and serviced, and First4Vans have never let us down. Simply put I just don’t trust anyone else to work on our vehicles, they always get the job done properly. My own newish Sprinter was at the main dealership a few weeks ago because it had a few issues. Despite standing there the entire day they never really bothered to deal with it and that’s not the first time that that’s happened. Booked it into First4Vans and they sorted all the problems, even some I never knew it had. I’ve been reminded what it’s like to have brakes that actually work, I almost went through the windscreen ! Thanks guys.
I used First4Vans to repair a roof rack on top of a transit. The steel rack was very twisted from hitting into a tree. The guys did a fantastic job a straightening out the damaged rack, preventing the need to buy a replacement. Great job, Great service!
Since I've started my business, two years ago, I'm using the First4vans services. As a foreigner person, I know how difficult is to find a service provider that treats you with transparency and respect.! At First4vans Crawley I've always been treated well, and I definitely feel at home. A special thanks to Dave, Nathan, and also to all the staff.
