Great experience.. very helpful.. full of advice and helpful and was made to feel at ease with my baby and told to come back if we needed anything... I phoned on the morning and got in straight away, no waiting when we got there which is a bonus with little ones! Couldn't have asked for more, thank you!
I am so grateful to Dr Ibrahim for all the treatment he has given me, I have had a number of setbacks since my hip surgery and things have not been straightforward. Dr Ibrahim has been so helpful and understanding. He is kind and knowledgable, helping me to cope with all my troubles. He is wonderful.
Harwood Medical Centre is my new GP Surgery. I have found the receptionists to be patient, polite and very helpful. In particular, Dr Ibrahim is an excellent GP. I have just had an appointment with him to discuss some medical conditions I have. So knowledgable, takes time to explain and I came out feeling confident with all questions answered and follow up requests done very efficiently. I would say he’s the best doctor I’ve seen and I’ve unfortunately had to see quite a few recently. Well done Harwood - any waiting time well worth it - just take a book and don’t complain - the doctors are providing an excellent service despite the pressures put upon them by the problems within our NHS system.
I recently contacted the admin team at Harwood regarding a problem which had occurred at Bolton Royal Hospital. I was struggling to resolve the problem and was anxious and upset at the time it was taking to resolve.nnSandra from the admin team contacted me by phone and listened to my concerns. I felt I had been heard and was impressed by her professional care and understanding. Within 24 hours she had resolved my problem with the help of Dr. Hill and kept me up to date on progress.nnThank you so much for assisting me in a very complex problem. I feel a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders.nnGreat service from a fabulous team. Very much appreciated.
I attended Dietician appointments, these sessions were informative and intresting. Being part of a group knowing that everybody is there for the same reasons. Everybody was friendly and happy to help with any queries that we had.
