Reviewers tend to only comment when things aren't going well. And that's a shame because then people don't get the appreciation for the good stuff they do. Added to that people only tend to remember the bad things people say about them. I'd like to say Thank you for all the hard work you have done and to let you know you are appreciated. And a special shout out and virtual hug to Louise as I got the impression she needs one today. But this isn't just for today. THANK YOU
I had to have a full blood test done, which is never easy for me as my body doesn't like to give anything away for free. However Una Taylor was excellent, in and out in under in 2 minutes and bloods done first time. Thank you for the great service!
Waste of space, ring up in the morning takes me about 150 times to finally speak to someone for them just to say no appointments left. Don’t bother asking what’s it’s for elderly or a child they just say ring again tomorrow and put the phone down no help at all. The doctors are even worse. NHS we need to scrap telephone appointments go back to face to face appointments.
Absolutely shocking practice. 2 specialist bone & neurology have asked me to go have my bloods done. So i ring Alistair Ross who told me im not allowed to just book a blood test. I have a DEXA scan every 3 years followed by a consultation with my specialists how ever despite my last scan should of been December however as per usual nothing. My bone specialist informed me that i need to contact them straight away if i feel any changes despite this information my doctor's will not book me an appointment because they know better. Iv also had what can only be described as a feeling of a bruise on my left lung for 2 weeks which the receptionists seems to know better and told me dont worry about it. The doctor's who work here are insane
Impossible to get appointment. If you call at 8oclock phone is busy, but no chance to get in call queue?
Lottery appointment system, You need to call between 8am to 8:30am to win a appointment, but everyone else is also calling at the same time. If your call actually connects during this period, congratulations you have a ticket that gets you a 30% chance of an appointment providing they have not all been taken already , if not try the lottery again the next day. You have 1/5 chance for an appointment if you follow my advice. I have a hack for those needing urgent doctor, use all the phones you can get access to and call them one after another, one will likely get through. Besides from this, the Doctors and Nurses are good here if you get the chance to see them.
Impossible to get an appointment they never answer the phone they are still using COVID as an excuse for being lazy dreadful practice went downhill after Dr Ariff left
Very poor. Reception empty. Allowed to make an appointment in 3 days but turned away on arrival after being asked about COVID. Nothing was said while arranging the appointment about my COVID status. I had been negative for a week but they only asked on presenting myself for the prearranged appointment. A gross waste of my time and they knew I was angry
Absolutely shocking place to try and get an appointment, so bad I'm surprised they don't answer the phone with "How can I be as little help as possible" Constantly fob you off trying to make appointments elsewhere. Tell you to call at 8 am on the day to book an appointment then you can't get through. The most obstructive receptionists anywhere without doubt. Strange really because if you need to book an appointment when spoken to a Dr there's no problem with him booking it.
