Absolute shambles of a place. Security guy is a piece of work. The doctors their are lazy. I had an appointment and I could choose any appointment slots.. when I arrived there was 6 people sat there and I was told it was a 2 hour wait. The doctor previously prescribed me with medication which I told him I’ve already had and it’s not strong enough.. he said “ it might work this time” it definitely didn’t that’s why I’m here I’ve had the same medication twice and he told me after asking him what happens if it doesn’t work.. “ you would come back and I’ll prescribe something stronger”… even though I had already told him it already didn’t work? Now I’m here 3 weeks later, condition is worse and still no further along to a solution. Absolute shambles of a place! If you need medical attention, don’t come here.. the staff are not friendly and very unprofessional.
Absolute joke of a place , the rude obnoxious jobsworth on the desk told me over the phone my appointment for my daughter is 8pm . I Arrived at 7.50 to be told my appointments 8.45 , the guy then says it's an approximate time , I asked him why would i arrive 45mins early with a sick baby , you told me the appointments at 8pm? He then became defensive and just wouldn't admit he made the error and give me the wrong time, he kept saying "we don't know when you'll be seen" , I expect things to run late which is fair enough due to the pressures the NHS are under but asking people to arrive 45mins early is ridiculous and doesn't make sense so the guy obviously messed up but wasn't man enough to admit it , to top it off his attitude stunk . Complaint will be logged tommorow about Alan the receptionist
We attended Waters Meeting last night due to my husband's on going lung probems. We're seen by Dr Nasar ? A lovely Doctor who had time to listen to us. How wonderful we have these out of hours GP's who work long hours for us. Thank you so much Isabel and Brian Jackson
Been this morning Sunday. Excellent service. Was seen by the doctor within a minute. Dr Khonat. He was so friendly and very easy to chat too. Excellent doctor who was informative. Highly recommend. Ian from Bolton.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Out of hours service.. well no service as it turned out. Triaged and told need antibiotics and would be phoned with an appointment 7 hours later still no phone call. Called back after 4 hours and was told I would be phoned next....3 hrs later still no call ....disgraceful !!!!
Unfortunately, I had the experience of having to visit this health centre only to encounter such a rude and unhelpful conversation with the man on the reception. After being advised by an out of hours pharmacist to visit this centre to gain an emergency prescription, myself and my partner were rudely informed that this centre is not a walk in centre. My partner also was rudely informed that he could not use the toilet unless he had an appointment. To top the encounter off we had the most sarcastic "take care" when leaving. I understand there are reasons as to having appointments, not using the toilets however there is never any need to be rude, especially after informing him that we were advised by an out of hours pharmacist.
Came for out of house appointment on Saturday met a grumpy security guard who had an attitude with me the moment I asked him were I book in then I met a grumpy man who I think was reception but not sure as he was never at the front desk I waited nearly 2 hours to be given medication that has now accelerated my condition made it worse I will now need to go A and E today
The very helpful gent sat in reception was possibly the most unfriendly and unhelpful member of NHS staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He wouldn't even let me use the toilet because I didnt have an appointment so I had to go in the car park. Despicable
Quick appointment for my grandson, the Doctor was brilliant with him, very kind and friendly. He made sure he wasn’t scared and the experience was positive.
Went here out of hours to get a hospital prescription re created as a standard doctors prescription as it was weekend and even the hospitals pharmacy was closed. The staff were so helpful, just a short wait and they had it printed and a signed by a doctor. Very impressed with the service I received that day. It may not sound like much but if you knew how much of a hassle my regular doctors would make it to do somthing like this you would understand my appreciation for this doctors.
