We cannot recommend more highly the service we have received from Harvey’s Kitchens. It is a big upheaval at our age to take on a big project like this but Jenny and Steve went out of their way to ensure things went as smoothly as possible. nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the service and the products are excellent and we would highly recommend Harvey’s Kitchens. Thank you once again.

I can’t even give Harvey’s 1 Star, but I have too, to write this review. I bought a kitchen around 4 years ago, they supplied the incorrect larder unit and didn’t replace it. After I complained again they sent a fitter out to check the unit and he reported the unit as wrong and still no replacement was issued. I’m currently having to replace 5 doors due to them blistering, ( THEY BLISTERED WEEKS AFTER THE KITCHEN WAS IN). At first Harvey’s was happy to help and even replaced 1 door, but after it happened AGAIN the lady who part owns they company was rude and wouldn’t help. Avoid at all costs!!!! My kitchen cost me £6,000. I’ll have to add onto this review for Harvey’s Kitchens. My Kitchen could be under Rothwell. With you having no record of our purchase shows incompetence. While searching for replacement doors I came across your review page and when I read another review which is all too familiar from another customer of yours, I felt I had to share my own experience of dealing with your selves. I am sure you will have records of my purchase. You are more than welcome to reply back and come and view the kitchen. I do have emails saved, backing up my review.

Harvey's supplied our kitchen in February 2014. After just over 3 years in May 2017 a number of doors started to delaminate . They supplied 2 doors, a draw front and a side panel free of charge and admitted there had been a problem with the glue. There were further doors with the same issue and the panels on the island. Harvey's have now refused to supply any further doors free of charge. TheIr reason is that they say our contract is with the manufacturer and the manufacturer has gone into liquidation . This is not the law. Anybody having the same issues as me should know that your consumer rights are with the retailer not the manufacturer. Your contract is with who you pay for the goods I paid Harvey's kitchens. I have taken Harvey's Kitchens to court and my solicitor has told me I have nothing to worry about the case. I will win this. I did my best to avoid going to court. Steve Harvey actually emailed me the address to take civil action against his company. I sent him a letter before court in November which he choose to ignore.. Avoid this company at all costs.

Stunning showroom with really helpful staff and excellent choice of kitchen displays and NEFF appliances. Highly recommended.
