Really let down - I paid a Preston florist £40 for a "bright and colourful" bouquet for my -Mum's Birthday- ... This order that I placed then ended-up being passed to this Four Seasons Florist ... So what I got was *far from what I ordered* - the bouquet looked scrawny, wasn't exactly filled out with flowers - quite flat actually - not at all colourful and there was no way I could present that to my mum!!! There wasn't even a lot of flowers, I've had bouquets every year and this one looked like it was worth £20. I'm really appalled and exceptionally let down. So I took the bouquet to a local florist in Bolton - and they really did a bang on job in transforming the scrawny flat bouquet I had paid £40 for - into a real COLOURFUL and BRIGHT bouquet that was worth £40!!!! Also whilst at the local florist in Bolton, I was made aware that - two - of the palm leaves in the bouquet I had received were "DEAD" because they had dried up!!!?????? What on earth????? So it is custom of Four Seasons to provide dead, dried up leaves with every bouquet??? There's no excuse for that - maybe they thought "oh it's an interflora order - we don't know the guy so well just stick in some crappy dried up palm leaves in" I'm going elsewhere from now on!!! Just the thought of my elderly Mum seeing that scrawny bouquet isn't worth thinking about - she'd feel really let down and sad ;-( Anyway, so I've spent £40 on this 'bouquet' from Four Seasons --- then --- I've had to pay out an extra £14.40 to have it done properly as ordered via a different florist - what a joke!! Sure Four Season called me and left a voicemail - but I don't have time for excuses, what are they going to do - offer a refund? Pathetic! I didn't expect I'd need to fork out almost £54.40 but at least I know my mum will be happy and that's what's most important on my Mum's birthday.

it was my brothers 50th birthday on the 17th september and as he has died the only thing we could buy for him was some flowers i went to this shop for advise and they were brilliant and the flowers were lovely thank you so much x

Thank you to everyone at Four Seasons Florist for the stunning bouquet of flowers delivered to my future wife on the morning of our our wedding day, as other things were planned during the morning, the timing of this delivery was very important, the flowers were delivered to the minute. Thank you all, we will certainly use you in the future.
