Just been and picked up a new Daiwa Pole, Paul was more than helpful and put up with all my questions. The lads in store treated me like family. Will definitely be returning for regular fishing needs. Recommended to anyone who’s looking to buy or have questions answered. Great range of all products and prices are cheaper than you might expect.
I had a problem with a Daiwa F1 top kit, a rare occurrence has I have never had a problem with a Daiwa pole in the last 35yrs of owning various models, and I took it back to the store in Hindley and spoke to a very helpful Paul who said he’d send it off to Daiwa. Had a phone call off Paul yesterday and he said that Daiwa had sent a replacement in super quick time… Fantastic service from Paul and Daiwa thank you
Visited here to buy a gift voucher for a friend who loves fishing. On entering my initial reaction was WOW, it's incredible!nnSituated in a former church the place is a temple to all kinds of angling. Everything needed for fishing can be found here, from all sorts of tackle and bait.nnThe staff were very helpful in recommending an appropriate gift card, and were giving advice to other customers.
Came into angling direct today equipped to spend £500 on the bits I needed, however didn’t even make it to the till when a rude assistant by the name of Julie came and snatched a bottle of spray from my young sons hand without even asking or holding her hand out for him. He’s only 15 months old and just wanted to be involved not causing any harm. I will never step foot in this shop again. Ignorant, arrogant and plain right rude.
Plenty of tackle at good prices. Any help you need they all give great advice. Even as a beginner again after 15 years. The only problem is, I always get more stuff then I originally went in for haha £££
